Most screen replacements and battery replacements are completed within 1–2 hours. More complex repairs like water damage diagnostics or charging port repairs may take up to 24 hours. We'll always give you an accurate timeframe when you book.
I use premium OEM-grade components that meet or exceed Apple's original specifications. All parts are sourced from trusted suppliers and tested before installation. I never use cheap aftermarket parts that could compromise your device.
All repairs come with a 12-month warranty covering defects in parts and workmanship. If something goes wrong with your repaired component within 12 months, we'll fix it at no additional charge. Physical damage and water damage are not covered under warranty.
Yes! We service customers from all over New Zealand. Simply securely package your device, send it via tracked courier to my Wellington address, and we'll repair it and send it back. We recommend using NZ Post or CourierPost with insurance for peace of mind. Contact us before sending for packing instructions.
Absolutely. I never access, copy, or store any personal data from your device. For your own peace of mind, we recommend backing up your device before bringing it in. For most repairs (screen, battery), your data remains completely untouched on the device.
